Verónica completed her bachelor's and doctorate at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Barcelona in Painting in the Digital Age, where Alex Mitrani selected her to promote her as an emerging artist. She did Erasmus in Bologna and obtained a European “Artogether” scholarship for two months in Istanbul.
After a professional break due to a serious car accident, she continued her career living in Menorca. She has held various individual and group exhibitions in different countries. She participated in Pronostica Menorca in 2013 with the first piece of her series Mujeres con Huevos, a portrait of Frieda Kahlo made in cardboard egg cups that she would later exhibit at the Drap-Art'14 Festival. In 2016, she exhibited the second work in the series, a portrait of the artist Mary Stevenson Cassatt, at the Re:New Festival in Pittsburgh, with Drap-Art. At the 10th Du Douro Biennial (Portugal), received mention in Rosario 2020 (Argentina) and exhibited representing six promotions at the FIG in Bilbao. This year, from June to August, she has participated in the International Graphic Art biennial Dry Point Uzice after being selected and is preparing a pictorial project, painting a work in the Museum of Menorca that will be part of a collective exhibition by Drap-Art at the Institute. Cervantes from Shanghai is also with Drap-Art who will participate in the WestBund International Art and Design Fair in Shanghai this coming November. Currently Delegate of Menorca within the AAVIB Executive Commission and managing director and professor of the International Center of Art and Engraving of Menorca Xalubinia.
